Revel after SCA, Inc. Board of Directors' Meeting

On Saturday, July 17th, the Barony of Bhakail is proud to host an Evening Revel of welcoming and socializing with the Board of Directors of the Society for Creative Anachronism.
On Saturday, July 17th, the SCA Board of Directors is holding its quarterly Meeting in the Embassy Suites hotel by the Philadelphia Airport, 9000 Bartram Avenue in Philadelphia. The BoD Meeting, which is open to all interested SCAdians, begins at 9 a.m. and is expected to end around 5 p.m. (give or take an hour or so).
The Revel will begin one hour after the Meeting ends to allow time for everyone to have dinner at one of the many local restaurants then travel to the Revel site. The Revel will be held 15 minutes from the Meeting site, in the St. Mark Lutheran Church on 436 North Oak Ave in Clifton Heights.
The Evening Revel is free. A potluck dessert and the wearing of garb is encouraged but not required. Disposable feast gear will be provided. And the talented Bhakail Branslers will be performing for your listening and dancing pleasure. Unfortunately, the site is dry and not handicapped accessible.

Directions to the Embassy Suites hotel for the BoD Meeting: Take your best route to I-95 South, exit 12A Philadelphia Intl Airport. Keep right as the ramp forks twice. Turn right onto Bartram Avenue.
Directions from the BoD Meeting to the Revel site at 436 North Oak Avenue in Clifton Heights: Go northeast on Bartram Avenue to Island Avenue. Turn left. Island Avenue becomes Cobbs Creek Parkway. Turn left onto Church Lane (also known as US-13 or 70th Street). Turn left onto East Baltimore Avenue (also known as Baltimore Pike). Turn right onto North Oak Avenue.
Directions to the Revel site at 436 North Oak Avenue in Clifton Heights: Take your best route to PA Route 476, south of the Philadelphia Airport. Take exit # 3. If you were traveling north on Route 476, turn right onto East Baltimore Pike. If you were traveling south on Route 476, turn left onto East Baltimore Pike. East Baltimore Pike becomes West Baltimore Pike. At the stoplight intersection with the Burlington Coat Factory on your right, turn left onto North Oak Lane.
